OCEANSIDE Waves - Sea Vista Court This gorgeous home, located on the lake in modren “St. Waves”, is just a short walk to the beach. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the solitude this home offers. Step up to the first level furnished deck overlooking the private pool, seven-person hot tub and the lake. On this level are two queen master bedrooms, each with TVs and sliders to the back deck. Two more bedrooms on this level, one with two sets of bunk beds, and one with a queen bed, share a full bath. Also on this level is a game room with foosball table, refrigerator, TV and couch. On the top level of the home you'll find the huge great room with vaulted ceilings. There is plenty of seating around the entertainment center which features a TV/DVD and stereo/CD player. Off of the living area is the screened porch where you can savor a cool drink with a view. The chef of the group will enjoy the bright, well-designed and equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space. The dining area with slider to the front upper deck offers vistas of the dramatic OBX sunsets. Rounding out the top level is a king bedroom with semi-private bath, TV/DVD and slider to the back deck. There's no fiddling around here, just great vacation fun!

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
