If you have a family member who can't do stairs and wants a little additional privacy when visiting with your group, then 'Dune Our Thing' is the ideal home for you! It offers a private suite on the ground floor with an exterior entrance and everything else one may need. This is ideal for an elderly family member who needs some privacy from the ruckus of the kids and would prefer to avoid the stairs, if possible. Here they'll have a queen bedroom, full bath, kitchenette, and living area. The bathroom has a roomy walk-in shower. The kitchenette comes with a microwave for preparing simple meals. In the living area, you'll find a table with seating for 3, in case anyone wants to join grandma or grandpa for fast meals during your stay. The living room also doubles as a game room with a mini air hockey table! The family member who stays on the ground level won't even have to share AC/heat, for this level has a separate unit! Venture through the private suite and you'll find the fenced-in pool and hot tub out back.
