Conveniences: Private unheated Pool, poolside bar, hot tub, gas fireplace, WiFi, six TVs, three DVD players, two Refrigerators, an outside Bar with bar stools, a whirlpool tub, a Keurig coffee maker, a basketball hoop, a lit volleyball court, a horseshoes set, and a gas grille. - For January and February bookings, please contact us to ensure the hot tub is available. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Fireplaces are available November 1st through April 1st. Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
