Ground Level: Entirely gated private pool with poolside cabana including a bar, bar stools and gas grille. This back yard was designed for fun in the sun! Carport with outside shower, foot wash, and under home parking.

Top Level: Open living areas allow everybody to spend time together! Great room with comfortable seating, flat-screen TV and deck access. Dining area seating 8 with screened porch access, overlooking the pool area, offering additional dining and calming options. Kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz countertops and breakfast bar with seating for 4. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, and a King Bedroom with flat-screen TV that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and flat-screen TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
