This broad four-level handicap-friendly home has an elevator for painless access to all levels of the home. Make a splash in the glimmering private pool with calming constructed-in whirlpool, or lounge around on the cavernous poolside patio with tiki bar. The first floor has a game room with wet bar, pool table, TV, queen futon, half bath and laundry area. The second level has an marvelous media area with sizable screen TV, comfortable seating and couch bed; three bedrooms (each with private bath) - two are suites with ocean vistas that open onto a shaded oceanside deck. The third level is the heart of the home. It has a giant great room with couches, an open kitchen with wrap around bar and wall to wall glass for unparalleled Atlantic vistas opening onto a wide furnished oceanfront deck. Dine indoors on the enormous indoor table, the modest breakfast table, or just outside on the south side screened porch with hammock, which is just off of the kitchen. The fourth level features two additional master suites (one with handicap friendly bath) and more oceanside seating with countless vistas, opening to a furnished sundeck with a hot tub. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
