The Space:

Welcome to your OBX dream come true at Oceanfront Captain's Retreat! Coastal appeal meets rustic elegance in this luxury home that is ideal for your family vacation, down to the tiniest detail. Ocean vistas greet you from all over the home - after cooking up a delicious meal in the supplied kitchen, dine together at the enormous table while watching the waves. Dolphins are frequently spotted splashing among the surf while pelicans soar overhead, so you will want to spend time appreciating nature from the dune deck gazebo. The great room offers a comfortable spot indoors to read a book, watch or movie, or chat while the huge windows ensure the vistas are not sacrificed! Drinks and snacks are within reach at the great room wet bar. 3 bedrooms round out the main level: 1 king bedroom with a private luxury ensuite bath, a king bedroom, and a king bedroom with a Jack n Jill full bath.



Downstairs, more bedrooms await. There are 3 king bedrooms. The first king bedroom is is an ocean-facing getaway with a balcony, striking vistas, and a private ensuite full bath. The remaining 2 king bedrooms have access to a gorgeous full bath, ensuring comfort and convenience for all. There's pool table lounge w/ pool table, wall-mounted chess board and what not!



On the ground level you will find the 2 more king bedroom & bathroom, twin bunk bedroom (sleeps 4), along with the game room! Send the gamers of your family into the garage where they can challenge each other in poker room, while kids can savor Xbox gaming setup. A cozy coffee nook finishes off the amenities on the ground level.



Outside is where the real perks begin! The dune deck is a highlight of the outdoor amenities, the ideal spot to sit right above the sand and observe the wildlife. The private pool is located picturesquely between the home and the dunes, along with a hot tub where you can indulge in ultimate relaxation. A volleyball tournament is definitely on the list with the private sand volleyball court! Work on your suntan in the seating area, or head right over to the beach on the private dune walk. Multiple decks feature furnishings where you can eat or hang out. An outdoor shower is available to keep the home comfortably sand complimentary for your stay.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Corolla is a charming Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and vistas from both the oceanside and sound side. This OBX village features impressive beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the ideal balance of nature and beach town.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an conveniences that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
