The ground level has parking, a hot shower, a fish-cleaning station, and an under-home entryway. The first level opens with a full bath and a game room with a foosball table, a kitchenette, and an entertainment center with a 55-inch Roku Intelligent TV. Topside on level two, the cavernous, tiled great room opens with a cathedral ceiling and has an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a living area, a breakfast bar, and a dining area with a family-size table, and is anchored by resort furnishings and a top-of-the-line entertainment center. A full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. The main level has four bedrooms and two full baths.

The oceanside first and second bedrooms are close to a hall bath. The third bedroom has deck access and the fourth bedroom has sound vistas, and both are close to the second hallway bath. There is a third full bath on the lower level. TVs and ceiling fans are in all the bedrooms. There is a lounge on the wide, south-facing, furnished decks where guests can appreciate ocean vistas.
