Cavernous oceanfront deck with rocking chairs and picnic table, hot tub with broad vistas of ocean, enclosed hot and cold outside shower with dressing area, charcoal grille, two-car garage with storage area. Two oceanfront decks, the lower being shaded. Open concept living area with new floor, tons of seating and a half bath. The beautiful and roomy, entirely modernized kitchen features new appliances, granite countertops and a enormous island with plenty of room to gather. Roomy kitchen supplied with huge array of prepare's tools and dishware.
