Everyone will sleep well on our comfortable beds and soft linens! Each of the six roomy bedrooms has its own ensuite bath accepting for privacy and comfort. The layout is ideal for multiple generations, families traveling together, or groups of adults appreciating a hideaway.
Ground/garage Level:
* Offers an open-air shower to rinse off the salt and sand 
* A second laundry room with full sized washer and dryer to accomodate your beach laundry
* Everything you need for your ideal beach day is supplied with plenty of towels, toys, umbrellas, and chairs.

Ideally located just north of center-island, you are a 2 min. walk from the central Beach Club to use (with amenities cards) the adult pool and Sand Bar beach bar, the enormous family pool, excercise facilities, the Beach Club restaurant, and the pizza and ice cream food trucks (seasonally). You are a short golf cart ride on your six seater golf cart (included with the home) to all the other many conveniences including dining, world-class fishing, tennis, pickleball, and two spectacular golf courses.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards. (Club luxury cards needed for guests 13 years and older. Kids under 13 do not require a card.)

The driveway will accomodate a max. of 6 cars but parking is NOT allowed on the road.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote included by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
