All king and queen bedrooms are oceanfront and open to the decks.

Ground Level: Has a den with a Queen sleep couch, TV, foosball, and refrigerator. The laundry and a half bath are also on this level.

Mid Level: One queen bedroom with en suite bathroom and an ensuite on the bunk room featuring two bunk sets. A second queen room shares a bath with the room with 2 twin beds. An outdoor hot tub and covered decks on this level provide more enjoyment for the family.

Top Level: Has a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, sizable dining area with 2 round tables ideal for meals or family game time, a cavernous great room that opens to a screened porch and a sun deck ideal for reading a book or appreciating fantastic vistas of the beach.
