Silver Linings West is a delightfully located, completely modernized, oceanfront duplex with a spectacular oceanfront view. There's more than enough room for the entire family, with close by local eateries, ice cream parlors, and gift stores.

This home, which occupies one side of a duplex, offers an open living, kitchen, and dining area with nautical ceiling fans, a wall of picture windows, luxury vinyl plank floors, an expandable dining table, handsome frost-white quartz countertops, quality brushed-brass faucets, and new stainless steel appliances that include a glass-top stove and dishwasher. Helpful extras include a milk frother and kitchen accessories complete with a spice rack. The pantry is equipped with new Cuisinart modest appliances, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a Keurig machine.

Savor new Hot Tub, new Roku/cable intelligent TVs (one in every bedroom), a DVD player, a VCR, fast reliable internet, a new washer/dryer, a cavernous covered porch with rocking chairs, a enormous observation deck, plenty of convenient covered parking, an outdoor sink and cleaning station, and a set of outdoor stairs leading to the deck entrance and a private boardwalk to the beach.
