You're close to groceries, a marina, the Marlin Village community, medical services, miniature golf, churches, eateries, and a bait shop.

Level one holds two oceanfront bedrooms with a sizable deck and laundry facilities. The upstairs great room is comfortable and freshly decorated, with tall ceilings, a modernized kitchen, and a 60-inch TV. There's also an office space with a standing desk—ideal for remote work or online school.

The outside sundecks overlook the ocean, offering a handsome hot tub and plenty of furnishings. The good-sized, third-level loft has a TV with a DVD player. This level is ideal for viewing the sunset over the sound side. This home has been created to Simplify your vacation!

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility.
The club is typically open from mid-May to mid-October, depending on the weather.
