Level one holds two oceanfront bedrooms with a huge deck and laundry facilities. The upstairs great room is comfortable and freshly decorated, with tall ceilings, a refreshed kitchen, and a 60-inch TV. There's also an office space with a standing desk—ideal for remote work or online school.
