The final bedroom, a queen with a semi-private full bath and a slider to an ocean-facing deck is located on the upper level. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
