- Kitchen - Equipped with Stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer in closet, well-outfitted for at-home cooking if you prefer home cooked meals

- Street side deck - Access off second bedroom, has closet with beach gear

- Ocean side deck - Direct access to both Living Room and Primary bedroom, conversation seating and high top table

- Community Pool - Seasonally open mid April to mid October. Appreciate a break from the salt and sand for a exhilarating dip in the pool.

- Location accepts for so much to do! Savor the beach right out in front of the building, take a short walk to the Boardwalk area or a local eatery, savor the weekend market at Carolina Beach Lake in the warmer months, or take a short drive to the NC Aquarium or Carolina Beach State Park. Looking for even more? Try the ferry ride over to Southport for some quaint town shopping, head into downtown Wilmington to the Riverwalk, or consider a tour of Airlie Gardens which are especially beautiful in the spring with the Azalea blooms.

- This is a 2nd floor unit, there are two flights of stairs and NO elevator

- Kids are very welcome but unit is not 100% infant proof.

- 2 temporary parking passes supplied, complimentary onsite parking. Parking is tight in peak season and is tandem style parking in lanes.

- Paper products/supplies: 2 additional rolls of toilet paper are included in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, tissues supplied. Kitchen towel.
If you have any questions about items supplied during your trip planning, please do not hesitate to ask.

- Pest control comes monthly. This is usually the 2nd Friday of the month. Please permit access, required by HOA.

- Doorbell camera is present at the front door, outside the home. This device does record for security. There are no interior cameras or cameras on decks/porches.

- Pool is seasonal, currently closed, opening date will be in April 2026. Once open, listing will be refreshed to reflect that.
There is no lifeguard at the pool, please supervise kids at all times, swimming is at your own risk from sunrise to sunset.

- We recommend travel insurance. Check the cancellation policy you are booking. Refunds are only issued based on what the cancellation policy stipulates.

- we do not allow family pets, events, or smoking. no open flames of any kind at any time on the premises.
