-Minimum renter age is 25, proof of age required.

-Electric cars can be charged at the Embassy Suites located in this resort (charging fee applies). There is 1 Tesla and 1 standard station.

-Motorcycles can park complimentary in designated parking near the entrance. Trailers can park for $25/per day near the guard gate in a designated lot - fee is paid by credit card at automated machine.

-Non-smoking Property

-Pool closes in the winter at HOA's discretion, normally between November 1st-April 1st

-No Animals Accepted

-Splashpark is not available for our guests

-Check in information will arrive 3 days before check in

-This unit is located on the 15th floor

-No use of the exercise center allowed. MegaFitness is located down the road.

-Units one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

-Daily housekeeping unavailable.

-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap included.

-Brighton guests have access to 3 pools: The Brighton pool, located in the footprint of the building; The oceanfront pool, located between North & South Hampton; The pool located right near St. James Park.

-Two parking passes included, no additional passes will be allowed.

-Keurig and drip coffee makers supplied in unit.



Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your tranquility of mind, guests are required to choose either a $49 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a returnable $900 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

With a location that cannot be beat, our home is in the heart of all there is to do on the Grandiose Strand! Luxury meets fun here, and memories are made to last a lifetime at our cavernous villa, which features pretty vistas of the ocean from our 15th floor “perch in heaven” private balcony.



Kingston Plantation is centrally located right where North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach meet - accepting you to enjoy the best of both towns while still having the peace and privacy of an oceanfront getaway. While the gorgeous Atlantic ocean and famed Apache Pier are enough to keep you occupied, there are also hundreds (literally) of stores and eateries close by to discover and dozens of entertainment options. These include House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, the stores at Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Myrtle Beach Mall and Bass Pro Stores, Carolina Opry, Pirate`s Voyage, Greg Norman`s Australian Grille, the world famed Ocean Annie`s Beach Bar, about a dozen golf courses just to name a few... and all within a 5 min. drive from the condo! Getting Around:

Top rated location and complimentary parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and economical with attractions, eateries, shopping, and more less than 5 mins. away.

House Rules



Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
