As you enter this single-level villa, you’ll be welcomed by an open concept Kitchen, Dining, and Living Area. The Kitchen features granite countertops, bespoke cabinetry, and is completely supplied with everything you need to prepare meals for your family. The kitchen bar seats four, and the adjoining Dining Area offers seating for six.

The Living Area has been elegantly refreshed with new lighting, curtains, and comfortable furnishings. The layout is ideal for families or multiple couples, with the Primary and Guest bedrooms located on opposite sides of the villa for added privacy.

The Primary Bedroom includes a King bed, flat-screen TV, private slider access to your oceanfront patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a huge tiled walk-in shower and dual vanities.

The first Guest Bedroom also features a King bed, flat-screen TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second Guest Bedroom offers two Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, private slider access to the oceanfront patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

All beds throughout the villa were replaced in July 2025 to ensure max. comfort during your stay.

Step outside to experience what really sets this villa apart. The broad patio spans the length of the unit and is furnished with a variety of seating options and a gas grille, ideal for oceanfront dining. An outdoor spiral staircase leads to a private sun deck that also runs the full length of the villa.

The ocean vistas are second to none, and you’re just seconds away from the Dunes House Oceanfront Bar and Grille. The community pool is also just steps away, making this one of the most convenient and memorable vacation spots on the island.
