Check-in is at 4:00 PM via intelligent lock — your personalized door code arrives before check-in, no key pickup needed. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

The condo is on the fourth floor, elevator-accessible and single-level with no interior stairs. Resort amenities are available to registered guests throughout your stay.

Guests have access to the entire home except one locked owner's closet.

You will enjoy private, self check-in with a personalized digital entry code, accepting you to arrive at your convenience.

PARKING

Four covered parking spaces are included at no charge — all assigned to the unit and steps from the lobby elevator. Additional street parking is available along N Virginia Dare Trail for additional cars if needed. No RVs or trailers allowed in the covered lot.

Max occupancy: 8 guests
No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony
No events or events — family-aligned residential community
Family Animals: 1 dog with prior approval; $150 non-returnable pet fee. Must be 9+ months, housebroken, leashed outdoors, waste disposed of promptly.
