Happy Hour is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home one lot from the ocean! The new owners have added new beds to most bedrooms, a new living room sectional, a coffee table, plus a new refrigerator (as of 2022) and a new microwave.

With plenty of deck furnishings and beach access just three tons away, this home is designed for optimal ocean gazing. Conveniently located in Avon, Happy Hour is in very close proximity to Food Lion and the surrounding stores. As of 2022 this home will no longer permit family pets. In the event of pet allergies, the Homeowner does occasionally visit with pets in the home and would like the guests to be aware of this should pet allergies be an issue.
