Happy Hour is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home one lot from the ocean! The new owners have added new beds to most bedrooms, a new living room sectional, a coffee table, plus a new refrigerator (as of 2022) and a new microwave.

With plenty of deck furnishings and beach access just three tons away, this home is designed for optimal ocean gazing.
