The open-concept main level makes it simple to relax and reconnect, with a cozy living room featuring high ceilings, a fireplace, a sizable wall of windows, and gorgeous natural light. There's also a convenient wet bar for entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials for everything from fast breakfasts to family dinners, and there’s plenty of room to gather in the dining area or in the breakfast nook just off the kitchen.

On the main level, you’ll find a comfortable guest room with a queen bed and ensuite bath. Upstairs, the king primary bedroom is a peaceful escape with ocean vistas, a seating area with a queen pull out, and an ensuite bath complete with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes a queen and  twin beds and its own full ensuite bath, making it ideal for kids or guests needing a little additional space.

Step outside and appreciate multiple decks offering a variety of spaces to relax—from a huge back deck with seating and a grille, to a screened-in porch with a dining table for meals with an ocean view. While away hours appreciating the wildlife on display including the nesting ospreys in the back yard!

This home is also pet friendly, so your furry family members can join in the fun. And with a golf cart included, it’s painless to discover everything Fripp Island has to offer—from beach days and marina visits to spotting wildlife and catching coastal sunsets.

FAMILY PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non returnable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Club cards are required to savor any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, Vacation Rental By Owner will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote supplied by Vacation Rental By Owner. The returnable security deposit if applicable will be supplied in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an e-mail with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
