Just a short walk to the Cabana Club, Activity Center, and Camp Fripp! Recently modernized, features include complimentary internet, an additional sizable deck off the family room featuring a wall to wall sliding glass door system, accepting an expanded handsome view of Skull Creek, the marsh, and the Atlantic Ocean from the family room. Appreciate the opened floor plan on first floor with state of the art appliances in the new kitchen with tall white cabinets and blue Bahia granite, featuring Keurig coffee maker. No noisy dishwasher sounds while watching the new 60' flat screen intelligent TV in the refreshed family room. Plank porcelain tile has been installed on first level that looks like driftwood! New carpet in all bedrooms.

A 4 seat golf cart is supplied with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an charming way to visit to our unique amenities.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The vistas from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
