The Space:

24 Sea Mist is a alluring two story home that is ideal for visitors that are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Just a short walk to the Cabana Club, Activity Center, and Camp Fripp! Recently modernized, features include complimentary internet, an additional huge deck off the family room featuring a wall to wall sliding glass door system, accepting an expanded elegant view of Skull Creek, the marsh, and the Atlantic Ocean from the family room. Appreciate the opened floor plan on first floor with state of the art appliances in the new kitchen with tall white cabinets and blue Bahia granite, featuring Keurig coffee maker. No noisy dishwasher sounds while watching the new 60' flat screen intelligent TV in the refreshed family room. Plank porcelain tile has been installed on first level that looks like driftwood! New carpet in all bedrooms.



The main level is finished with plank porcelain tile that resembles driftwood, while new carpet has been installed in all bedrooms. Also on the first floor is a queen bedroom with a TV and access to a modest front deck. A full hall bathroom features a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and convenient laundry access. One bedroom features a king bed and a twin bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and single vanity. The hallway includes a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer.



The primary suite is located upstairs and faces the inlet, offering handsome ocean vistas. This cavernous getaway features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a opulent en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and soaking tub.



The home also features seating on the decks for calming and appreciating the vistas. At the back of the home, near the inlet, there is a sandy area with a grille, ideal for outdoor fun and dining. The garage is available for guest use and can be accessed from the exterior of the home.





A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly units). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural breathtaking beauty of the island and an charming way to visit to our unique amenities.

Also supplied in your rental are up to 7 guest cards, a value of up to $350! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including eateries and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, exercise center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted prices on golf and tennis.



Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
