The Space:

Welcome to a impressive KDH condo, Stopp Inn and Unwind! This condo is a side-unit in the Croatan Surf Club, offering ocean vistas from the deck. Unwind in the private hot tub, a unique feature of this condo that you will want to utilize! Inside, the kitchen is bright and entirely supplied for meal prep. Savor meals together around the dining table, or comfortable up for a movie nighttime in the living area. A bunk bedroom with a trundle bed and a additional couch rounds out this level, with a full bath ensuring convenience for everybody.



Downstairs, there are two king bedrooms, both of which offer private baths.



The Croatan Surf Club offers a heated pool (available mid-April through mid October), kids's pool, community hot tub, indoor pool (open year round), exercise center, park grilles, beach access points, and an elevator to all levels of the building. Parking is available for 2 standard cars.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are supplied at no additional charge.



The community pool is open from mid-April to mid-October

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.
