Savor being in a great location near the beach walkway and as close to the beach as neighboring semi-oceanfront homes. Three levels of furnished decks will give you the ideal place to experience some great ocean and sound vistas and handsome sunrises and sunsets. Or, you can take a calming dip in the hot tub on the cavernous screened deck and let your cares melt away.

Inside Pelican Watch, you'll find handsome decor and furnishings in the enormous great room with a separate dining area. A roomy kitchen with a breakfast bar and wine and drink refrigerator will be a gathering place to savor great meals and chat about the day. The kitchen also features refreshed appliances including a brand new microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The ship's watch room with a wet bar will be another great place to relax and have some downtime. Three main bedrooms are available, one with a two-person Jacuzzi tub. Two additional bedrooms will ensure everybody has a restful place to sleep.
