Welcome to your new home away from home. This home features great outdoor entertainment areas and marvelous new interior furnishings.
Home has a complimentary Club Car golf cart. Must be 21 to operate.

Living room has a leather couch and leather loveseat with a TV.
The kitchen is completely equipped with all you will need: dishes, silverware, cookware, bakeware, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water at sink, Keurig coffee maker.

Master Queen bedroom has TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Queen bedroom with a TV and chest of drawers.
Bunk room features a twin over full with stairs to climb to the top and a TV. Stairs have drawers to store away clothing.
Hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Washer and dryer in hall.
Wi-Fi and cable included.
Outdoor shower under home with hot/cold water.
Nice 4-seater golf cart. You MUST BE 21 to operate. No exceptions. The golf cart is optional to add on for an additional fee.
