This condo is located in the Lodge section of Ocean Creek Resort, offering a peaceful setting with a short walk or seasonal tram ride to the beach.



The unit is privately owned and professionally cleaned before each stay.



Resort amenities and hours (such as pools, tram service, or on-site eateries) may vary by season and are managed by the HOA.



Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM.



Guests must be 25 or older to book and stay unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.



No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the unit or on the balcony.



A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) is included. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish supplies.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be finished within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-returnable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in charming condition while also protecting you during your stay.
