Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you'll never be far from it all. Close to shopping, eateries and attractions, there is something for everybody to appreciate while vising the OBX.

Recently constructed in 2024, Waves offers all of the amenities needed for a calming vacation to the beach. The entirely equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making it simple to prepare meals for the group. Savor your meals at the dining table, or take them outside to the private balcony and dine al fresco while appreciating the ocean breeze. You'll also find two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The master bedroom features a extravagant king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds along with a trundle, making Waves ideal for families or couples traveling together.

Beach Access: Head south along NC12 to the Clark Street Beach Access. Access offers a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive, outdoor showers, a wooden walkway and lifeguard (Summer months only).

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach. Jennette's Pier and Destination Fun are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Outer Banks Mall and Outlets Nags Head. Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
