The first level of the home has a enormous game room with a wet bar, a full-size pool table, and a media area with a 60-inch 4K Ultra HDTV, surround sound, and an Xbox One. Also on the first level is a main suite with a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and a 46-inch HDTV. From the game room, head out to the private, 36 x 14, in-ground heated pool with double showers and sundecks. Next to the pool area, which is also accessible by stairs from the upper deck levels, is a stainless gas grille for outdoor entertaining.

Four bedrooms are located on the second level, with three of them offering individual access to the second-level deck and hot tub. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and a 40-inch HDTV, sharing a bathroom with another bedroom with two twin beds and a 32-inch HDTV. The third bedroom is a queen primary suite with a semi-private full bathroom, which is also accessible from the main hallway. The fourth bedroom on the second level contains two bunk beds, a 40-inch HDTV, and a DVD player. The full-size washer/dryer are also located on the second level.

The third level opens into an broad great room with cathedral ceilings, a half-bath, warm furnishings, a gas fireplace, a game table, and a 55-inch HDTV and DVD player.
