2nd floor: open floor plan living room, Picture Frame intelligent tv, dining room, chefs kitchen, double oven, refrigerator, gas stove prepare top, entirely outfitted, full spice rack, half bath, King Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom, tiled stand up shower, complimentary standing bathtub and double sinks.

3rd floor: a 2nd laundry room, 3 King Master Bedrooms. 1 King Master En Suite Tile Tub/Shower bathroom, 2 King Masters with Jack and Jill shower and toilet and separate private rooms with sink and mirror.

Outdoors: gated pool deck, cabana/tiki wet bar, private pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, seating for all, deck provides an outdoor fire place with seating, rocking chairs with table, captain chairs with table overlooking the pool deck, Traeger Grille supplied, must have your own pellets for use.
