The rec room includes the pool table, a TV, and a kitchenette with a wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave.



Ascend to the top level's charmingly decorated open living space with dining and kitchen areas complete with a huge TV and ocean vistas. Two sun decks offer a ideal backdrop for relaxation. There are also four Queen bedrooms ensuring everybody in your group as a comfortable and private space to relax.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The Neighborhood:

Kitty Hawk is a gorgeous beach town in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Take a relaxing walk on the trails of the Kitty Hawk Woods Coastal Reserve where, if you’re lucky, you can spot turtles and otters. Appreciate pretty ocean vistas from the Kitty Hawk Pier, or drive slightly north and check out the Wright Brothers National Memorial for history on the first flight!

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
