On the top level of this home is a enchanting, modern kitchen that is every chef's dream. Grab a snack or cup of coffee at the countertop bar, or take it outside onto the deck and savor the fresh air. The dining room seats 8 with room for more at the barstools. The open concept flows neatly into a bright living room, where you can relax for movie nights in the evening or curl up with a book. A striking master king suite with a private full bath rounds out this level.

Downstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. 3 queen suites, all with full baths (2 are private, 1 adjacent hall bath) are decorated to reflect the serenity the beach offers and create a peaceful getaway to rest.

On the ground level are 3 more bedrooms: a queen suite & 2 bunk bed rooms, both with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is also a rec room with a pool table where you can challenge someone to a friendly round of pool. The kitchenette keeps snacks accessible and provides additional storage for your supplies.

For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 25. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
