This impressive 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home on Hilton Head Island has been meticulously remodeled to bring the calming essence of the coast indoors. This home sits on a peaceful cul-de-sac and is just short walk to the George Fazio Golf course and the beach!

Relaxing shades of blue wash over the interior, creating a serene ambiance that ideally complements the beachy vibe. The new Gourmet Kitchen features top of the line appliances, quartz countertops, bespoke cabinetry and comes entirely-equipped, making cooking meals for the family an simple task. The laundry area with a full size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen as well. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with formal dining for six, with additional seating for three at the island. The living room is cavernous and provides ample comfortable seating arrangements ideal for calming and watching the 75 inch Intelligent TV, after a day at the beach.

On the first floor are two bedrooms that share a freshly modernized hall bath. First one to the right, consists of two queen beds and a Intelligent TV. To the left there is a room with two twin beds and another Intelligent TV. The shared bathroom for the two twin rooms has a shower/tub combination.

On the second level is the primary bedroom and bathroom which has a two-sink vanity and charming walk-in shower. It has a king bed and additional sitting area with a Intelligent TV.

Unwind and soak up the sun by the shining private pool, ideal for afternoon dips and evening beverages under the stars. There is an outdoor propane gas grille for your use!

Spend your days basking in the sunshine and swimming in the ocean. In the evenings, take a leisurely walk on the beach and listen to the calming rhythm of the waves. Across the street is a walking bridge taking you to your closest beach access point!

The spa and pool can be heated seasonally from June through October for an additional fee.
