The home is not suitable for 8 adults or guests. The linens arrangements are ideal for 4 adults and kids comfortably. We will not allow bookings for 8 adults in the property.

Damage Protection – Peace of Mind for Your Stay



Instead of a traditional security deposit, we’ve added a non-returnable Damage Protection Fee under the Management Fee. This covers minor accidental damages — like spills, scratches, or a broken dish — so you can relax and appreciate your stay worry-complimentary. For damages over $2,500, we’ll work directly with you to resolve the matter respectfully and fairly.
