- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras in the front yard facing out. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when motion is detected
- NOTE: A starter pack of dish soap, dish cubes (1-2), laundry cubes (1-2), toilet paper, and paper towels is included; guests are responsible for bringing all other household items, toiletries, and groceries; as well as purchasing more of the above items when the starter pack runs out
- NOTE: The home’s dining and sleeping arrangements, as well as the plumbing and the island’s ecosystem, comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Requests for additional guests must be submitted to Evolve and approved by the owner
- NOTE: Due to the fragile nature of the electrical system in the home and on the island, charging electronic cars at this property is prohibited.
