-Starter Pack of 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bedroom, modest bag of ground coffee, starter size of liquid dish soap, 2 dishwasher tabs, sponge, hand soap and a trash bag in each huge trashcan.
-Bed spreads and pillows. (We DO NOT provide linens such as sheets and towels. These can be rented and delivered by a local linen service for your convenience. Details below.)
-Gas Grille (We start the season with a full propane tank but do not re-fill.) You will find a couple of exchangeable tanks available for your use.
-Charcoal Grille (We do not provide charcoal.)

* Linens can be rented and delivered from Moneysworth Beach Equipment and Linen Rental at (252) 261-6999. This company can also provide beach equipment, high chairs, and many other items you may need.

House Rules:
1. Check-in is anytime after 4pm. We are unable to accommodate early check-ins during the busy season as it takes the entire time between check-out and check-in to properly clean and prepare the home for your stay. We will text you or call you if the home is ready early.
2. Check-out is no later than 10am. Our cleaning team will arrive at 10am sharp. Please be sure to be completely checked out by this time. Please text us as you are leaving.
3. No over occupancy. At no time should there be more than 17 guests occupying the property.
4. No events or events at this property. This property is intended for family units to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a clean and handsome environment. We take great pride in providing a striking and clean space for our guests. Please treat our home as you would like your home to be treated.
5. No smoking in this home, no exceptions. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
6. No family pets, no exceptions.
7. Please do not leave doors and windows open with a/c on. This could cause the a/c to freeze up and leave you with a hot vacation.
8. Please do not reset the router. These are located throughout the home. If a router is reset, or unplugged resulting in a service call, there will be a $150 service fee.
