The ideal location to savor a calming vacation. Luxury, single level condo/duplex (attached by the back wall) in the heart of Corolla, just a 3 min. walk to the beach. Corolla Light eateries and stores are right next door! In the evening, grab your beach chairs, a couple of glasses and a cold bottle of wine for a picnic across the street at the famed Whalehead park while the sun sets over the sound.

** The community pool will open on April 1st, weather permitting. Pool hours are 9 am until dark. The pool is heated, which accepts you to appreciate an extended season. However, physics and winter sometimes team up to remind us who’s in charge. For this reason, the pool may occasionally close on colder days. While the pool is heated, it cannot defeat Mother Nature… she’s undefeated. Gym and pickleball courts are open**

The whole group will enjoy not only the community pool, but the amazing tranquility of the close by, sound-side waterfront. The huge, salt water community pool is equipped with rentable cabannas complete with TVs, fans and personal fridges. Ideal for changover days!

* Seating for 6 surrounds the impressive white quartz island countertops.
* Coffee pot or Keurig coffee
* The main king bedroom has a private full bathroom.
* The second bedroom provides a king bed, decorated with fun colors, and is connected to a common full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
* Giant Intelligent TV is located in each bedroom and living room.

* Outside shower with hot and cold taps.
* Beach chairs and carts are available (unfortunately, they cannot be guaranteed for renters since the previous renters could have taken them or broken them)

At the beginning or end of your vacation, don't fight the traffic with everybody else! Park your car and enjoy the beach or community pool, which has a restroom.
