The home is conveniently equipped with an elevator for simple access to all levels, making it accessible for guests of all ages.

Take a dip in your sizable 15’6ft x 30ft private pool, providing hours of fun and relaxation in the sun.
Pool heater is available, please contact the host at least one week prior to your arrival to request this service. The fee for pool heating is $ 200 per nighttime, paid in advance to the host. We strive to ensure your stay is enchanting, however please note that heating is not included during the months of June, July, August.
There is NO hot tub at this property, there is a spillover spa. It does not heat or function as hot tub.

Carefully located on the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a sizable, open kitchen, living and dining room with an abundance of natural lighting. Bedroom #1 (Pelican) offers a King bed, private bathroom and vistas of the glistening ocean with access to the covered deck. Bedroom #2 (King Crab) offers a King bed, private bathroom and vistas of the soft sands of Holden Beach, with access to the covered deck. Bedroom #3 (Sea Horse) offers a Queen bed with a shared hall bath. Enjoy cooking tasty meals in the well-supplied kitchen with ice maker, 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers. Make mealtime family time eating together in the huge dining room. Take the entertainment into the living room and appreciate board games, cards, and a enormous screen tv. On the 2nd floor you will be greeted by 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Bedroom #4 (Coral Reef) offers a Queen bed and huge private bathroom with front porch access. Bedroom #5 (Pirate Cove) offers 2 full/twin bunk beds with a full shared bathroom, Bedroom #6 (Sea Turtle) offers an ocean front king bedroom and private bath with access to the covered deck overlooking the shore. Bedroom #7 (Surfs Up) offers an ocean front Queen bed with private bath with access to the covered deck overlooking the shore. Bedroom #8 (Sand Dollar) offers a king bed with a private bath with access to the covered deck overlooking the shore. On the 2nd floor you will also find a complete laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. On the second floor is a secondary entertainment room with a large TV ideally located for the younger crowd to enjoy their own hideaway.
The entrance level has a large game room located outside behind the garage door. Spend hours playing ping pong, darts and cornhole and when heading to the beach enjoy the beach chairs that have been supplied.
All rooms have TV’s and WIFI, along with Sonos capable speakers inside and out.

Linens and Towels
We provide towel set for each guest, comprising a large towel, a modest towel, a washcloth, and a modest makeup towel.
Linens are meticulously washed, ironed, and arranged on the beds for your convenience.
Please note that beach towels are not supplied.
We have beach carts, umbrellas, and 20 beach chair available for your use.
