TOP LEVEL:
An airy, open living area can accommodate everybody with a prepare top, 2 dishwashers, 2 dining tables (each seats 10), and an over-sized flat screen TV and half bath. The King Master Suite has a sizable, modernized master bath. The top level has access to wide open decks to the east and north side of the home. An elevator connects all levels of this home. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
On this level you will find 4 Master Bedrooms all with deck access: 2 King Master Suites are at the front of the home; a Queen Master Suite and another master suite with 2 Pyramid Bunk Sets are at the back of the home. There is also a sitting room in between these bedrooms for watching TV or reading.

GROUND LEVEL:
The Parlor features a Shuffleboard table, kitchenette, drink center, and huge-screen TV. Three more Master bedrooms are located on the ground level: a King Master Suite, a Master Suite with 2 Twin beds and another with 2 Pyramid Bunk Sets. The laundry area is on this level. There is parking for 4-5 cars in the driveway pad at the front of the home.

EXTRAS:
The home features an fenced in and enormous private pool (15' x 31'; pool heat available for an additional fee), hot tub, and a private volleyball court! The Duck Landing Community Clubhouse features an indoor pool that is open year-round, exercise center and pickleball courts.
