The Space:

Welcome to Permanent Vacation! This bright coastal getaway is designed for relaxation, fun, and family time, featuring multiple gathering areas, cavernous bedrooms, and resort-style amenities.



The top level offers an open and airy great room with vaulted ceilings, a sizable intelligent TV, and plenty of natural light. The completely equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker (bring your favorite K-Cups). The dining area comfortably seats ten, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar and a wine refrigerator for your favorite drinks. Step onto the spacious deck to savor morning coffee or sunset beverages. This level also includes a king master bedroom with an ensuite full bath and a convenient half bath close by.



The mid level features another king master bedroom with an ensuite bath, a king bedroom with a semi-private full bath (shared hallway access), and a bedroom with a DuoBunk and flat-screen TV. The laundry area with washer and dryer is also located on this floor. Outside, relax in the hot tub or appreciate a drink at the covered outdoor bar area after a day in the sun.

Ocean Sands is close to shopping, eateries, golf, and water sports, making it painless to enjoy everything the Outer Banks has to offer. The neighborhood features peaceful streets, beach access points, and a welcoming, family-friendly ambiance. Homes in this area are on municipal water and sewer, with a few still on private wells.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: any family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an luxury that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
