The Space:

At the loft level, you’ll find a casual and tucked-away sleeping space with two twin beds and a daybed, great for anyone who appreciates a bit of peaceful above the main living areas.



On the top level, the heart of the home opens up. There’s a well-equipped kitchen ready for painless breakfasts or big family dinners, and it flows right into an airy living area with a dining table for gathering together. Just off the living room is a cheerful sunroom, a great spot for morning coffee or unwinding with a book. This floor also has a completely outfitted coffee bar with k-cups, tea, syrups creamers and sweeteners.You can also step out onto the outdoor patio for fresh air and cozy seating, or appreciate meals on the screened-in porch. This floor also includes a full hall bath and a King bedroom tucked away for a bit of privacy.



The mid level is where most of the bedrooms are, and it’s set up charmingly for groups. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.
