The Space:
Step into the recreational hangout on the ground floor, featuring a pool table, a sitting area with a TV, and a full-size refrigerator and a wet bar. There are also 2 bedrooms boasting plush king-sized beds. Access a covered area with an enclosed outside shower before taking a dip in the private swimming pool, complete with pool furnishings for relaxation. Fire up the gas grille for a family BBQ or follow the walkway to the dune top deck with constructed-in seating and a sand path leading directly to the beach.

Moving up to the mid-level, a front covered deck with constructed-in seating welcomes you, providing a serene spot to savor the coastal breeze. Five bedrooms are available on the mid level, including two private oceanfront suites with king-sized beds, TVs, and full baths featuring tubs and showers. These suites offer access to the oceanfront covered deck, providing a delightful panorama of the sea. Two additional bedrooms with king-sized beds, TVs, and one with two bunk sets, share a full hall bath with a tub/shower. Unwind on the deck with a hot tub, and descend the steps to the inviting swimming pool below.

The top level is a luminous, open space designed for communal living. Your family will adore the ocean vistas as you relax in the cavernous living area with a TV, and gather around the bar to keep the chef in the family company while they whip up delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Watch movies in the newly added theater room before bed. There is also an additional King Suite bedroom on this top level.

Outside there is an outdoor shower to help keep the pool and home sand complimentary for your stay. Take a dip in the private swimming pool, complete with pool furnishings for relaxation. Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
