Welcome to That House! If you’re seeking a modern townhouse in a prime location with an modren interior, That House is ideal for your beach hideaway. The huge kitchen is completely outfitted for all your cooking needs — and you can even appreciate ocean vistas as you prep meals. Dine together in the welcoming dining area, or step out onto the deck to sip drinks in the salt air. Whether you’re spending time playing games with the kids, curling up with a good book, or simply appreciating the salty breeze, That House makes it simple to relax and reconnect.

After a day at the beach or pool, gather in the living room for a movie nighttime, board games, or peaceful reading. Each of the two bedrooms has its own full bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience. When you’re ready to discover, you’ll appreciate the walkable location — tons of eateries, cafés, and late-nighttime snack spots are just a short walk away.

Outside, the beach access is just a short walk away. There is a communal pool (open seasonally, Memorial Day - Labor Day) that is a great spot to swim and savor the sunshine if you want a break from the sand. A grille is available for family BBQs, and an outdoor shower helps keep the condo comfortably sand complimentary during your stay.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Home to the famed first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a elegant and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the striking OBX beaches!

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.
