The space



Step back in time with us in our historic 3 Bedroom home located just across from the handsome and haunted beaches of the Outer Banks. We are located right across from the beach access, no homes in front just cross the street, climb the dune and you are on the wide sandy beach.



This pretty home is preserved in the same condition as it was constructed, showing the marvelous wooden floors, walls and ceilings. The Master Carpenters who constructed these homes constructed the entire interior (floors, walls and ceiling) with the same wood including the kitchen cabinets. Rustic, to be sure, but no worries about the sand that can follow you in and ideal for the little ones, including your 4 legged family members!



This comfortable home has Two Queen Beds with Pillow Top Mattresses, 4 Twin Beds and can comfortably sleep 8 (9 to 10 if some sleepers are little and can sleep on the couches). We have one full bathroom with a combination tub and shower.



We have high speed Wi-Fi and a 65" Intelligent TV to connect to your Netflix or other Streaming Video Services. Central Heat/Air to make you comfortable throughout the year.



We have a completely supplied kitchen for all you culinary needs.



Park right outside your front door and check yourself in and out with the lockbox.



Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 70 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its appeal as an older beach bungalow. Our bathrooms are not as huge as modern constructed, but even so, we hope that you will adore our older and striking home.



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing costs.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Family Animals must be home trained and stay off of linens and furnishings



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from linens or furnishings



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at 10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.
