The Space:
The Salty Pug spent the winter and spring closed for complete remodel. Summer of 2025 guests are the first to stay at the all new Salty Pug! It is a freshly refreshed bayfront home that offers pretty water vistas, a fresh interior, and access to a community pool. The bay is nice and shallow right with a sandbar 50 feet out from the home, which is ideal for kiddos to splash and play while parents relax in chairs onshore. If you wanted to leave the property, there is a sand area near the community pool as well as a community beach. From the brand new interior to the family friendly exterior, you will want to plan your stay at The Salty Pug this year!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two dogs are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Other Things to Note:
Home to the famed first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a handsome and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local businesses, or spend the day on the striking OBX beaches!

Payment Schedule:
50% due at confirmation
50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

The outdoor shower at the property is not functional.

The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an conveniences that is supplied at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
