**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two dogs under 65 lbs are welcome for a $200 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered family pets, pets that are bigger than 65 lbs, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.
