Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be included prior to arrival. Family Pets are considered but must be approved.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check-in instructions so you can comfortably plan your transportation!

This OBX village features gorgeous beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the ideal balance of nature and beach town.



Ocean Sands is a pleasant community in Corolla. With calm roads for walking or cycling, beach access, a fishing lake, and an ideal location for grocery shopping or local activities, Ocean Sands is ideal for a peaceful OBX hideaway.



Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: Unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an luxury that is supplied at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
