Also supplied on this level are a master king bedroom with a private balcony overlooking open space, a powder room, and an east facing deck to soak up the salt air and ocean breezes.

The mid level has two covered decks, a huge den, a master bedroom with king, a master bedroom with queen, and a bedroom with two twins.
