Also included on this level are a king en suite bedroom with a private balcony overlooking open space, a powder room, and an east facing deck to soak up the salt air and ocean breezes.

The mid level has two covered decks, a huge den, a king en suite bedroom, a queen en suite bedroom, and a bedroom with two twins.
