Welcome to Lottie's Place, a handsome remodel to a striking beach bungalow! Appreciate beach living at gorgeous Oak Island with all the amenities.
The natural light from the sliding glass door entry shows off the LVP floor, vaulted ceilings, a pretty kitchen with tiled backsplash and a tiled tub/shower combo! Savor breakfast on the upsized front deck, then relax and make memories around the private fire pit in the back yard at nighttime.
And did we mention the location? You'll be right in the middle of everything! Direct beach access (.8 miles, 10 min. walk), close to Publix, the splash pad at Middleton Park, and just 3 blocks from the Oak Island Nature Center.
We're beach bums ourselves so every detail has been thought of: linens, beach chairs, bicycle cruisers and body boards are included at no cost. We also offer a golf cart to rent with complimentary parking supplied.
We're dog friendly and welcome your four-legged friends with no additional fee!
