The Space:

The condo features a comfortable living area, a completely equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a private bedroom with a king-size bed. The open living space gives everybody room to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the Myrtle Beach area.

The kitchen is available for guests who prefer to prepare meals or savor a casual breakfast before heading out for the day.

We welcome ONE pet up to 30 lbs.

Pet fee: $75 per stay

Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with a pet.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

* No mailbox for this location.

*Pool access with code, bracelets and key fob. Any missing fob will be accompanied by $100 fee and bracelet by $20

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.



Other Things to Note:

*Must climb stairs.

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Please review my home rules.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.

*Family Animals are NOT allowed.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
