THE SPACE

The open living area features floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that fill the home with natural light and showcase the surrounding landscape. There is plenty of comfortable seating for your group, along with a fireplace, wet bar and dining space overlooking the marsh and private yard.
The completely equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space and island seating, making it painless to prepare meals and gather together. An elevator provides convenient access between levels.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Marsh Madness has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom, plus an upstairs additional room with an additional sleeper couch.

DEEPWATER DOCK & NEARBY BOAT LANDING

Follow the private dock out over the marsh to the Stono River. The dock includes a platform and covered area, offering another handsome place to savor the water and surrounding nature. Fish, crab, watch passing boats or simply slow down and take in the Lowcountry scenery.
A convenient boat landing is located roughly one-quarter mile away at the end of the road.
