This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a modernized “dependency” or a freshly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it located on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old wood floors, tall ceilings, standing seam copper roof, copper guttering, original moldings, plasterwork, old glass windows, and solid panel doors exude a special warmth, character, and appeal that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. - No smoking inside.
- Family Animals allowed with prior written approval ($200 non-returnable fee)
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions included by the host.
- Please return all items and furnishings to their original locations.
- The Wonderer access must be booked in advance – no refunds for availability issues.
