Saint Philip Square is an award-winning collection of 6 historic buildings meticulously curated to enhance your stay in Charleston. “M3” is one of seventeen unique units. The grounds feature outdoor garden areas with fountains, dining areas, fire tables and barbecues. In the evenings, this getaway sparkles with outdoor lighting, making it the ideal place for nightcaps after a day of exploring.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a remodeled “dependency” or a freshly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it located on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old wood floors, tall ceilings, standing seam copper roof, copper guttering, original moldings, plasterwork, old glass windows, and solid panel doors exude a special warmth, character, and appeal that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. This is the real deal!

*If needing early check-in or late check-out please DO NOT ask until the day before check-in at earliest due possible last min. units. If you definitely NEED it, I would suggest renting the nighttime prior*

*Pet Policy: Only Modest Family Animals under 25 pounds (max. of 2) allowed with prior written approval ($200 non-returnable fee per pet).Must have authorization prior to reservation.*

- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions included by the host.
