The first floor Primary Suite contains a King sized bed, HDTV and its own slider access to a smaller private patio. This bedroom also features a freshly refreshed en-suite bathroom with granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

Heading upstairs there are three more bedrooms. To the left is a Guest Bedroom with a King bed, HDTV and slider to a private deck. The en-suite bathroom is completely bespoke with its granite vanity and uniquely tiled tub and shower combination. Straight ahead is another Guest Bedroom with two Double size beds, HDTV and its own en-suite bathroom bespoke updated with granite vanity and tiled tub and shower combination. The last Guest Bedroom features two Twin size beds, HDTV and a slider to a private deck. This bedroom has yet another completely bespoke updated bathroom with granite vanity a gorgeously tiled walk-in shower.

The back patio is enormous with seating for eight and a huge gas grille. The pool is 20 feet from your patio! The beach is a 5 min. walk to the end of the street where a beach access path will get you the rest of the way!
